3D digitization scanning technology was used to preserve original image data for the restoration of a Yuan Dynasty (1271-1368) imperial-style wooden Buddha statue with a gold lacquer coating. High-definition images were uploaded to the cloud to store three-dimensional data of the Buddha statue.
