Miaoxiang Pavilion

The Miaoxiang Pavilion is a two-story wooden pavilion with a flat roof. The upper level is named Miaoxiang Pavilion, and the lower, Banruo Studio. Its unique architectural design, with a circular upper level and a square base, reflects the ancient Chinese cosmological concept of "heaven is round, earth is square". In the past, the interior walls of Banruo Studio were decorated with a stone carving of the Heart Sutra, inscribed by Prince Kung Yixin in his own calligraphy.
