The department takes charge of personnel and labor management, coordinates employee education and training, and undertakes personnel establishment management and internal organization structuring and adjustments. It also governs personnel appointments and assessments, salary and subsidy issuance, examination of employees traveling abroad for official purposes, and personnel file management.
