In June 2023, the first “Prince Kung’s Palace Museum Lecture” took place at the Grand Theatre. It explored the historical practices of the formation and development of the Chinese nation’s community.
In July 2023, the first symposium on the history and culture of princely residences sponsored by the museum was held. Discussions on Qing Dynasty princely residences’ history, figures, architecture, garden, documents and collections were thoroughly conducted.
Meanwhile, publications compiling the museum’s academic accomplishments and systems, and a commemorative album marking its 40th anniversary were released, comprehensively showcasing the museum’s previous endeavors.
