Joy at Royal Courtyard: Youth Lives in the Qing Dynasty Palace

Co-organized by Prince Kung’s Palace Museum and the Palace Museum, the exhibition presents the lives of young princes and princesses during the Qing Dynasty (1644-1911), through a selection of more than 100 exquisite artifacts. Stories are told from the perspectives of family rapports, refined lifestyles, court rituals, and education. Since the theme of the exhibition has rarely been explored before, several of the displayed items are national treasures, or being showcased to the public for the very first time.
