Length: 85.3cm, width: 45cm, height: 82cm


Object Detail:
It is wholly made from Huanghuali wood. There are two drawers at the front and a hidden compartment below. The apron has an ornamental opening with cusped upper edge. At both sides there are supporting spandrels with scrolled grass design. The legs apparently splay. It used to be collected by the German scholar Gustav Ecke, was donated to Prince Kung’s Palace Museum by his wife Zeng Youhe (known as Betty Ecke) in 2006.
